While not many villa in Bali often open its doors for pet and animal lovers, Villa Kaja is a sanctuary for them to play around in a grass within expert caretaker in-house.

While entering the villa, there is main garden decorated with tall trees and endless plants which gives the garden a ‘jungle’ atmosphere. In this area, also there is swimming pool with brand new wood deck alongside and outdoor showers for a fun day in the sun. Everything is made for a perfect relaxing time in sun lounges with enough sunshine in summer day. Guest will see wood handcrafts here and there, scattered purposely for aesthetic therapy for guest eyes. Behind those tall trees, meet the in-house pets; Gihat and Angel the indoor dogs, Speedy the turtle, Gemuk the iguana, and a home parrot. These cute and lovely occupant welcome guest while entering the house and will playfully available all day until the caretaker put them in their cages at nights. At the junction with the pool and wood deck is the lounge and living room area, a spacious semi-open space. Living area provides a large sofa, flat screen, and small table while the kitchen is fully equipped and leads to another spacious dining room. The water is filtered and safe to drink, one of the rarest benefit may find in other private villas.

The stairs will bring guest to the second floor where there are two bedrooms and open-air lounge. Guest will appreciate the large balcony and garden view from above with comfortable couches and mini bar for favorite drink time of the day. Villa Kaja has total 4 bedrooms; one in a small guest house on the right side of the entrance gate, one on the first floor next to the kitchen, and another two on the second floor.

The small guest house is small yet comfortable with complete facilities from queen side bed to an indoor fridge. The bathroom is semi-open air with unique hand-crafted door from Kalimantan. It has a spacious balcony with chair lounges, with a direct view to the pool and the garden.

One bedroom is located on the first floor and the other two (including the master bedroom) are located at the second floor. Each one has ensuite bathrooms, except for the guest bedroom on the second floor, TV screen with international satellite channels is available in every room and in the living room with Indonesian TV Channels. On the master bedroom equipped with a queen size bed and prestigious mattress. This room also offers an outdoor balcony, a sunroof for natural lights in the bathroom, a reading chair, and a sitting table with mirror. A large dressing is available to put all clothes as well as a safety box and a mosquito net. The huge bathroom is equipped with bathtub and shower and one sink with big mirror. The guest bedroom on the second floor is smaller and can be reached by turning left after arrived on the top of the stairs. With a queen size bed with prestigious mattress, small dressing, guest has to use the bathroom on the first floor. This room is perfect for kids, considering the minimal furniture and safe distance from the parent’s room in master bedroom. The other guest bedroom on the first floor with ensuite bathroom, offers another comfort with queen bed, TV, and large closet to store all clothes. With a unique sensor on the outdoor shower door, guest will see a beautiful water fountain on each time opened the door.
